By having a degree in IT-Design & Development, I create custom aerial maps and renderings. This is very valuable tool for land planning and when searching for the right characteristics in a property such as: Shape/layout, road frontage, topography/terrain, and vegetation. McMeans was in the real estate business for 49 years and my father, Bill McMeans still holds a Broker's license today.
