• It adds a decorative quality to the interior of the home.
• Family pictures can create a bonding feeling between the buyers and sellers.

Cons

• You want the buyer to envision themselves living in the home and too many photos can take away from that.
• This may cause the buyer to have a preconceived notion about the photo and this can affect the seller’s position.
• Too many photos are distracting and the buyers spend more time looking at the pictures and not the home.
