Alyson is originally from Idaho and now calls Texas home! She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. She entered the corporate world and ran a successful sales territory for 20 years in both Idaho & California. She loved connecting with her clients and figuring out their needs.

This experience has driven her to be a successful Realtor in Montgomery County, Texas. She understands that each client deserves Nordstrom level customer service and a stress-free transaction. As a relocator herself she understands the unique needs of her clients!

Katie Lee is a Texas girl through and through. Born and raised in West Texas before moving to The Woodlands in 2008, she truly loves this state and all it has to offer. She attended Texas A&M University where she was involved as an executive member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and graduated with a degree in Finance. Her senior year in College Station she met her husband, Dylan, and they are now proud homeowners in Magnolia with their 3 fur babies. Along with being a full time real estate agent Katie is also the Marketing Director for Home Sweet Home Real Estate Group and puts that expertise to work for her clients. Her passion for helping others truly translates into the service all of her clients receive. She has even been described as a bulldog when it comes to fighting and negotiating for her clients. I was not born in Texas but I moved here as soon as I could 22 years ago! I live in the Magnolia area but I have large stomping grounds where I love to work and play in Waller, Grimes, Montgomery, Harris and Galveston Counties. Prior to real estate I was employed on a fishing vessel in the Bering Sea where I worked 84 hours a week. This experience taught me to persevere through all storms. As a widow, I have turned my pain into my purpose and become a Certified Probate Expert. I have assembled a Team of people to assist my clients with estate sales, home clean out, home repair, lawn care, assisted living, in home care, grief care, attorneys, financial & estate planning, and more! A little about myself...I am a life-long resident of the Magnolia area and have been married since 1983. We were Blessed with two boys, our oldest graduated from Magnolia High and is now a corporate pilot and is married with three children of his own. Our youngest son passed away at the age of 8 due to complications of congenital heart and lung defects. My family, friends, and I held an annual toy drive in honor of Dillon, from 1999 to 2016, collecting enough toys every year to pass out to every child at Texas Children's Hospital. We are now supporting our local charity, Intercept, which helps needy families and senior citizens of the area with needed supplies and gifts.

I began my real estate career many years ago as office staff for a top local real estate company, before deciding to get my license in 2003. I then practiced real estate during my first 8 years as part of a very successful team. That experience prepared me with the confidence and knowledge needed to go out on my own in 2011. I have had the privilege of working with many buyers and sellers in all price ranges, from $20,000 to $3,000,000. Although I have been in this business for many years, I will not become complacent.
