I have lived in the greater Houston area since 1982. I settled in the Rosenberg/Richmond area in Fort Bend County. The diversity of Fort Bend County is what drew me here in 2015 when I sold my home of nearly 30 years in Houston. Rosenberg and Richmond have a small-town feel, while being in close proximity to Houston.

I enjoy spending time with and attending my grandchildren's sporting events that range from gymnastics to softball. In my free time I like to explore my community and have found many hidden gems in the area. Rosenberg and Richmond have some of the best small businesses that I love to visit. This includes some of the greatest coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, a local brewery, as well as a wide variety of amazing locally owned restaurants.

Olga graduated from The University Houston - Downtown with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance. Her combined knowledge in real estate, business and finance gives her clients a considerable advantage in the complex buying/selling process. Referrals are her highest compliment, which is where most of her clients come from. With experience in both residential and commercial real estate, she has the expertise to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Sonal Shah is a real estate professional with 23 years of experience in the industry. She has also earned an MBA in Real Estate and had 10 years of experience as a loan originator and underwriter. I'm a fifth generation Texan that loves our land and the business of developing and trading it. After graduating from Texas A&M in 1990 I went into the oil & gas services industry primarily, but always loved real estate too. They are both exciting industries in the State of Texas. In 2004 I got into real estate whole-heartedly by developing a commercial business park and then managing it. This is when I became a licensed real estate agent.

Over these 16 years I become an independent broker and gained experienced with commercial, residential, farm and ranch, property management and land development transactions. These experiences combined with my engineering and construction background brings a deep technical knowledge to your transaction.
