Joseph is a native Texan who has lived and worked in Houston and the surrounding suburbs all his life. After 20 years in Human Resources and Recruiting, during which time he worked extensively in Afghanistan, Hungary, Dubai, Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Turkey, Joseph decided to branch out into real estate, an industry which he feels is a perfect fit for his customer service, people oriented background.

Life-long Houston area resident Lisa Chaney’s impressive portfolio makes her one of the Bay Area’s most highly trusted residential real estate professionals. A multi-million dollar producer in both listings and sales for 21 years, Lisa relies on sound planning, strong ethics, persuasive negotiating skills, and the strong support system and award-winning marketing at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty to provide excellent service to her clients.

Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years in the 1980s prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Her prior experience gives her a wide knowledge of all aspects of real estate and insight into the importance of property condition in pricing and marketing. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders.

A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations. She is very involved in community activities and is an active member of the Bay Oaks Women’s Association and the Clear Brook High School Parent Teacher Association.

Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one a recent graduate of Texas Tech University and the other a student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. When not working, she enjoys activities as a University of Houston Football Booster and is a co-founder of the “Crank it Up Coogs Red Campaign.”
